Certifications
Laura Warf has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Fitness) from McGill University, and she is a certified coach (CCF), functional movement specialist (FMS), canfitpro fitness instructor (CFP FIS) and a certified energy therapist. Laura is also the author of a mind-body specialist & stress resiliency program and creator of a back care program called “Mend my Back”. Laura is a certified yoga teacher CA-RYT-500. with extensive training from the Kripalu yoga centre.
