Dear SOH friends,
Summer has been a joyful ride with family and friends! I hope as much for you too. I have been in Quebec as most of you know for the past 8 months. Even though the online world is here to stay it is also fun to connect live. It has been fun to see so many of you. Our community is vibrant and welcoming. I love being able to connect with all of you in our online space as well.
I had requests for shorter routines so you could keep up with your healthy, happy habits this summer.
